Spencer DART News
January 2009:
Spencer DART is working on forming a partnership with Worcester County 4-H/Camp Marshall. This is exciting news because Camp Marshall in North Spencer could be used as an emergency shelter involving large animals and their owners in case of a local disaster requiring evacuation. We also hope to share resources and ideas with the great people at Camp Marshall. Stay tuned for details!
September 2008:
A BIG Thank You from Spencer DART to Junior Girl Scout Troop 30053 from East Brookfield for donating lots of valuable pet supplies to Spencer DART's emergency inventory! Here they are, at the Second Chance Animal Shelter's Walk 'n' Wag fundraiser event in Sturbridge, MA in September 2008.
